Make It The Ideal Temperature
Having a bedroom that feels ‘just right’ matters more than you think! If it’s too hot, you won’t sleep well because your body will be trying to cool down all night long. And if it’s too cold, then you won’t be able to relax. This isn’t just about your sleeping routine, either. Wind-down activities, daily habits, and alone time are all moments where having a comfortable temperature is important.
